Our certified therapists, Specialist and Estheticians at Verzé Spa are here solely to help improve your overall skin wellness, physique and relaxation with our versatile techniques to meet your beauty goals. To secure your appointments, a deposit is always required, and a credit or debit card must be kept on file. Please note if a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately and direct you to the front desk for further assistance.
Cancellations|
Rescheduling
Time is our most valuable asset. We ask that appointments be confirmed via Vagaro or text message. To avoid penalties, cancellations must be 24hrs prior to your appointment also rescheduling must be 24hrs prior to your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged $30 fee to the credit/debit card on file. To our clients with packages, same-day cancellations will result in a session being deducted from your package, along with a $30 fee charged to the credit/debit card on file.. The spa needs to pay its therapists even if a client does not show. This policy allows us to retain great employees and to give the opportunity to clients who would like an appointment with us. Grace Period|
No Shows|
Late Arrivals
All clients are granted a 10-minute grace period from their scheduled appointment; arriving after this window will result in the late cancellation of your service and a $30 fee charged to the credit/debit card on file.

No-Show No- Call clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without providing a prior notice will be subjected to a $50 no-show fee to your credit/debit card on file. If you would like to reschedule after a no-show no-call, a deposit fee of $50 is required to secure your new booking.
To our clients with packages a "No Show" will be subjected to being charged a $50 fee to the credit/debit card on file. To our clients with packages "Late arrivals" will result in a session being deducted from your package along with a $30 late arrival fee that will be charged to the credit/debit card on file. The spa needs to pay its therapists and specialists even if a client is a “No-Show” or "Late Arrival". Our spa invests significant time and resources to prepare for each appointment. This policy allows us to retain great employees and to respect the time of all our clients. Thank you for understanding and cooperation.

Jewelry |
Valuables
If possible, please leave your jewelry and valuables at home as you will not need it for your day spa visit. However, if you have such items be mindful of not leaving them behind in the treatment rooms or robe pockets.
Pregnancy &
Medical Conditions
Be sure to mention any medical information when you book an appointment. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you. Before your treatment begins, let your therapist or esthetician know of any medical concerns or if you’re wearing contact lenses before you have a facial. If you are pregnant, massage services are provided only if you are beyond your first trimester (twelve weeks).
Children
To maintain our serene atmosphere, we ask that you not bring children to the Tranquil Vibe Day Spa. We do, however allow children to enjoy certain spa treatments under the following guidelines: children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and all children under the age of 18 must have an adult sign their initial consultation form. It is the adult’s responsibility to monitor the child’s behavior.

We accept cash or American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover credit cards. Also Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay for payment. Personal checks are not accepted.
