Our certified therapists, Specialist and Estheticians at Verzé Spa are here solely to help improve your overall skin wellness, physique and relaxation with our versatile techniques to meet your beauty goals. If a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately and direct you to the front desk.

Cancellation |
Reschedule

Time is our most valuable asset. We ask that appointments be confirmed via Vagaro or text message. To avoid penalties, cancellations must be 24hrs prior to your appointment also rescheduling must be 24hrs prior to your appointment. Late cancellations will be charged $50. To clients who have a current package with us, late cancellations will result in a session removed from your package. The spa needs to pay it's therapists even if a client does not show. This policy allows us to retain great employees and to give the opportunity to clients who would like an appointment with us. Please be aware we currently have a waiting list. No Show|
Late Arrival

No-Show No- Call will be charged 100% of your treatment. If you would like to reschedule, you must pay the penalty price to book again. If you do not show up to your appointment you will not be able to get a refund for your reserved service. All Clients have a 10 minute grace period to show up from their appointment time. Any Late Arrival past our grace period will result in your service time being shortened and or completely cancelled. The spa needs to pay its therapists and specialists even if a client is a “No-Show” or " Late Arrival". This policy allows us to retain great employees and to respect the time of all our clients.

Refunds &
Exchanges

Deposits are non-refundable. There are no refunds or exchanges with services. 

Jewelry |
Valuables

If possible, please leave your jewelry and valuables at home as you will not need it for your day spa visit. However, if you have such items be mindful of not leaving them behind in the treatment rooms or robe pockets.

Pregnancy &
Medical Conditions

Be sure to mention any medical information when you book an appointment. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you. Before your treatment begins, let your therapist or esthetician know of any medical concerns or if you’re wearing contact lenses before you have a facial.  If you are pregnant, massage services are provided only if you are beyond your first trimester (twelve weeks).

Children

To maintain our serene atmosphere, we ask that you not bring children to the Tranquil Vibe Day Spa. We do, however allow children to enjoy certain spa treatments under the following guidelines: children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and all children under the age of 18 must have an adult sign their initial consultation form. It is the adult’s responsibility to monitor the child’s behavior.

Forms of Payment

We accept cash or American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover credit cards. Also Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay for payment.  Personal checks are not accepted.
